Monarch is a beautiful disbudded half Angora half Nigerian Dwarf Goat. In the wintertime she puts on a stunning curly angora coat and naturally sheds it each summer...think angora goat without the maintenance! She has had three kiddings - each on her own without us even knowing. Her kids are always the largest on the farm - growing at a quicker rate than some of our mini-nubians!

Tilly was raised as a partial bottle baby & is very sweet. She has kidded twice, both easy kiddings with twins & triplets. She (like her mama) is our resident caretaker. She lets all of the kids in our herd nurse off of her & cares for them all like they are her own. Her pedigree speaks for itself but I imagine she would do wonderful things in the show ring as her mama did!

EmeraldQ caught my eye when a show herd in the midwest advertised a partial herd dispersal. When she arrived on transport she was severely underweight & showing some major respiratory infection signs. During quarantine we focused heavily on getting weight put back onto her and revive the shiny silvery coat that caught my attention in the photos. She still has chronic "snotty noses." Every morning she needs someone to gently wipe the boogers off her nose. It is not contagious but unfortunately is something she will likely continue to live with the rest of her life as she has some underlying respiratory issues.

She is the friendliest goat. She would. sit in your lap all day long & is otherwise very healthy & thriving - except for the boogers & cough! I'd love to see her go to a smaller herd. Perhaps with less competition for hay/grain etc. she would be able to finally rid herself of the snotty nose.
