The Satin Bantams have beautiful smooth feathers with a slight porcelain tinge along their backs. Think of Lavender Orpingtons but HALF THE SIZE! The hens lay small white eggs - roughly 150-175 eggs per year. They are good flyers and enjoy roosting up high as a flock at night. They are tame & good mamas if you are looking for a broody hen! They are bantams so they stay small.
Chicks from this pen hatch with either satin feathers or silkie feathers and will be a beautiful lavender color like the breeding stock.
